Registered Care Home Manager - Lead with Passion, Supported by Experts
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: £46,000 per annum (including location allowance)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Our client, a highly respected care provider, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Home Manager to lead their specialist residential home for adults with complex needs.

Our client has a strong infrastructure in place - with dedicated in-house HR, Finance, and Therapeutic Teams (including a Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Psychologists, and a PBM Specialist Trainer) - ensuring you have the resources and expertise needed to excel.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for an inspiring leader who can:
1. Demonstrate a minimum of three years' experience as a Registered Manager.
2. Show a proven track record supporting adults with complex needs.
3. Lead, develop, and motivate a skilled staff team.
4. Communicate effectively and adapt to varying situations with professionalism and care.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of current legislation and CQC requirements.
6. Commit to ongoing professional development.
