We are looking for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with good knowledge within Medium and High Voltage for O&M Projects, which is part of the Integrated Operation within Generation and our Business Unit Offshore Wind.
The Project Manager for O&M Projects will primarily focus on our Fast Response Plan for HV Transmission systems and related projects of varying complexity and size. The goal of these projects is to ensure the continued and improved operation of our offshore wind assets and to minimize business disruptions during unforeseen events.
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring safe project delivery within quality, time, and budget constraints. Additionally, the role involves preparing the organization and processes for executing Fast Response Projects covering HV transmission systems or other vital components.
The tasks include managing all parts of our offshore wind assets, such as:
* Repair and replacement campaigns of HV infrastructure components like export and inter-array cables, switchgears, transformers, etc.
* Larger replacement and repair campaigns on foundations, wind turbines, and OSS above and below water.
Key responsibilities and activities
As Project Manager for O&M projects, your responsibilities include:
Preparation: Collaborate with the team to:
* Develop and improve the Fast Response Plan for HV transmission systems.
* Enhance department processes and tools.
* Seek improvements for increased preparedness and reduced impact of major breakdowns, including reviewing strategic spare parts.
* Guide, support, and coach colleagues to foster a learning organization.
Execution: Lead projects from identification to closure, including:
* Ensuring project delivery within scope, quality, budget, and time, with safety as the top priority.
* Obtaining necessary approvals from steering committees.
* Setting up project organization and coordinating resources.
* Reporting KPIs such as progress, costs, risks, and safety.
* Supporting and guiding project team members.
* Implementing solutions that benefit stakeholders.
* Supporting procurement processes if tendering is involved.
* Being present on offshore sites during execution as required.
Closure:
* Capture lessons learned and disseminate feedback across the organization.
* Ensure correct storage of as-built records and closure of punch list items.
