Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join one of our clients based in South Birmingham.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support across various channels. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills within a professional environment, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Receive between 80 - 120 calls a day
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
* Utilise internal CRM to log interactions, update customer records, and track case progress efficiently.
* Accurately process customer orders
* Process returns
* Uphold company standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance at all times.
Experience
* Proven experience in a customer service role.
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Working hours Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 4:30pm
FTC 12 month contract (maternity cover)
