Job Title: Night Hygiene Team Leader
Pay Rate: £14.94 per hour
Contract Type: Full Time • Type of Employment: Permanent • Hours: 36 hours per week (Tuesday – Friday 19:30 - 05:00)
Location: Blue Earth Foods, 9B Oxleasow Road, Redditch, Worcestershire, England, B98 0RE
We are looking for an experienced Night Hygiene Team Leader to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning and ensure cleaning staff understand task schedules while following Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
* Deal with issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
Qualifications
* The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
* Good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude, and able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
