Supplier Quality Engineer (Gas Turbines) ⚙️🛠️
12-month rolling contract | Inside IR35 | Lincoln (3 days/week on-site)
We’re working with a major global energy engineering organisation seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to support blade & vane components within a small gas turbine environment.
This is a hands-on, operational SQE role (not inspection-focused), ideal for someone who enjoys solving real supplier quality issues end-to-end.
What you’ll be doing 🔍
* Managing supplier non-conformances and containment
* Driving corrective actions using 8D, RCA, 5 Why, FMEA
* Analysing quality data, trends and KPIs
* Supporting Product & Process Qualifications (PPQ)
* Collaborating with global, cross-functional engineering teams
* Building strong supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement
What we’re looking for ✅
1. Engineering or manufacturing background (degree or time-served)
2. Strong supplier quality / quality engineering experience
3. Solid knowledge of ISO9001:2015, SQM and QC...
