Team Secretary required to work in Ballymoney on a part-time, temporary basis with our public sector client. This position is initially set to last for 3 months, with the potential for extension based on service needs. The working hours are Monday - Friday 0900am - 1300pm. The rate of pay is £12.31. Jobs Duties include: - Provide secretarial support to a professional team, including managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings - Type a range of documents such as reports, memos, letters, and forms with a high degree of accuracy - Provide full administrative support for meetings, including preparing documentation, minute taking, and distributing relevant paperwork - Handle incoming mail, telephone calls, and other enquiries, ensuring accurate messaging and appropriate follow-up - Manage team or departmental email accounts, including sending, receiving, and prioritising correspondence - Provide cover for other clerical staff during periods of absence or high workload - Develop, maintain, and update spreadsheets and databases using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. What We Need From You - Proven experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong written and verbal communication - Ability to take minutes accurately What We Will Offer You - Weekly pay - Minimum of 28 days paid holidays (pro rata) - Inclusion into our company pension scheme Skills: Travel booking Filing System Minute taking Audio Typing Travel Arrangements Typing
