Job overview
Two x Band 7 12-month Secondments at the Bradford site on the Najurally Centre.
An opportunity to join a new service for West Yorkshire and Barnsley delivering inpatient services to people with a learning disability. Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust and South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust collaborate to provide specialist inpatient services from units at the Horizon Centre in Wakefield and a new assessment and treatment unit at Lynfield Mount Hospital in Bradford, opened in 2021.
The aim is to create a West Yorkshire Centre of Excellence, providing high-quality support through a collaborative approach, benefiting those in need of inpatient care. We seek kind, enthusiastic, caring, compassionate, and motivated individuals eager to make a difference.

Qualifications
* Registered Mental Health Nurse
* Current NMC Registration
* Degree or equivalent
* CPD evidence
* Mentorship qualification or equivalent
* Teaching qualification
* Modules supporting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification
* MSc in advanced clinical nursing
* Advanced Nursing practice modules
* Positive behavioural support training
Experience
* Clinically leading a team, supporting development, working with MDT
* Working with individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
* Managing risk plans independently and within teams
* Safeguarding experience and leadership
* Multi-agency working
* Multicultural environment experience
* Teaching, training, supervision of clinical staff
* Clinical leadership and management experience
* Experience in inpatient settings
* Supervisory experience and willingness to undertake further training
