An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Secretary to join the team at Eastway, our Learning Disability Assessment and Treatment Inpatient Unit on the Countess of Chester Health Park in Chester.
Position Details
The working hours for this post are 3 days, or 22.5 hours per week, with working days on Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

Eastway is a 24/7 inpatient service for adults with learning disabilities, supported by a Clinical Multi-Disciplinary Team, Consultant Psychiatrist, and administrative staff. You will be an integral and valued member of this supportive, forward-thinking team.
Compensation and Benefits
The Trust supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
Role Responsibilities
1. Provide a comprehensive, confidential, accurate, and timely clinical secretarial service.
2. Manage your workload proactively, demonstrating team spirit, initiative, and responsiveness to service needs.
3. Utilize expertise in typing, keyboard skills, and minute-taking, with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
4. Communicate effectively with service users, carers, and health and social care professionals, demonstrating good written skills and adaptability.

We are looking for a highly organized individual committed to team working, with a proactive work ethic and the ability to manage workload independently.
