Organisation All Star Tennis Salary £30-£35+ per hour Location London SW17 Contract type (Full time) Closing date 29 November 2025 Job Description All Star Tennis is a vibrant, friendly group of people dedicated to delivering high quality tennis coaching in the South West London area. We are the largest single borough parks tennis operation in the UK. We have 6 venues across Wandsworth, with a seventh to be opened in the New Year.
If you're a Level 3 tennis coach (or soon to become one) who'd love the opportunity to deliver and build tennis programmes for all ages and abilities at our Tooting Venue - then we want to hear from you!
This opportunity is offered on a self-employed basis within a friendly and motivating coach environment. In this role you will:
-Manage a team of coaches, with responsibility for coach development, consistency and quality
-Work closely with the Coach Manager, Venue staff and other team members to ensure a smooth and successful operation
-Lead the growth of the tennis programme
-Lead group sessions that are part of the All Star Tennis Programme.
-Develop relationships with our client base
-Conduct individual and small group lessons
-Contribute to the Company's Schools Programme
-Maintain safeguarding standards and the correct code of conduct.
Essential Requirements:
-LTA Level 3 qualification. (Working towards or a relevant alternative is acceptable).
-You must be organised, punctual and committed
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-The ability to lead a team
-Can commit to regular coaching including weekends
Desired Requirements:
-Experience of managing a team
-Experience in coaching children from 3yrs old.
-Experience of working with adults and children from beginner to advanced level.
-Comfortable leading group and private lessons.
-Previous playing experience
-Experience of schools programmes
-Be available to start the role in the New Year/during the Spring Term
