Role Overview:
* Take ownership of commercial and contractual obligations across multiple PFI projects
* Represent the client on key agreements, ensuring governance and compliance
* Oversee supplier delivery, manage variations and mitigate performance risks
* Lead on reporting, audits, budgets and contract reviews
* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, investors and service partners
What You’ll Bring:
* Background in Facilities Management, Construction or PFI contract delivery
* Demonstrable experience in commercial management or contract management roles
* Strong knowledge of PFI operations, financial management and risk frameworks
* Ability to negotiate contracts and manage suppliers effectively
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
