School Business Manager – Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in school or educational business management (preferred)
* Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning and audit compliance
* Experience overseeing HR processes, contracts and safer recruitment practices
* Knowledge of estates, facilities management and health & safety responsibilities
* Ability to lead support staff teams and manage external contractors effectively
* Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator able to work with senior leaders, governors and external partners
* Legal right to work in the UK
