Our client, a market-leading organisation, is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across its UK operations and is seeking a Project & Change Support Analyst to help deliver this exciting journey.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in business analysis, project support, or change management whos keen to gain hands-on exposure to a large-scale D365 implementation project.
Role Overview
* Support the rollout and adoption of D365 across multiple business areas
* Assist with process mapping, documentation, and impact assessments
* Coordinate & track change requests, ensuring accurate project documentation
* Prepare training materials, user guides, and internal communication
* Support workshops and user training sessions
* Monitoring user feedback and adoption to identify improvement opportunities
Essential Experience
* Demonstrable experience working within a similar role (BA, PM, etc)
* D365 (CRM or ERP modules)
* Requirements gatherin, process mapping & gap analysis
* Confident using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or Visio
* Familiarity with PowerBI
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
