The Sales Manager role in a nutshell
Are you looking to lead in a friendly and high performing environment nurturing your team to realise their full potential and deliver the best solutions for our customers?
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to help us accelerate our growth. You’ll enjoy a high degree of autonomy in leading the Click telephone & field sales-based team, delivering creative sales initiatives, and leveraging recent acquisition and in-group channel partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and experience whilst bringing your own ideas to win new business, develop high spend customer accounts and expand our customer base & market share.
Skills & attributes we are looking for
* Successful track record in Business-to-Business SaaS sales experience
* Leadership & coaching skills - delivering success through your team
* Key Account Management experience

* Base salary up to £45,000 DOE, Realistic OTE of +£10K
* Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office (5 minutes’ walk from Stoke Train station)
