As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Sales and Warehouse Administrator to join our team, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm We seek a motivated individual to support our sales and office operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of a variety of administrative and sales support tasks. You will play a key role in helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and maintaining excellent service for our customers Key Responsibilities: Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly Processing customer orders and preparing quotations Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks Managing and maintaining customer records and CRM systems Handling office supplies, filing, and general admin duties Assisting with stock control and liaising with suppliers Preparing invoices and assisting with basic accounts tasks Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service at all times Carry out light warehouse duties, including picking, packing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch. Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in an administrative, office, or sales support role Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to prioritize workload and work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and industry Experience with CRM systems (desirable but not essential) What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Full training and ongoing support Opportunity to develop within a growing, friendly company Free on-site parking S c h e d u l e : Day shift Monday to Friday No Weekends
