About the Role:
Were working with a leading independent traditional water treatment company on a key hire for their business. You will join asa Strategic Business Manager to drive performance, growth within key industrial accounts. Youll play a key leadership role, bridging the gap between operational delivery and strategic development, ensuring our business not only meets but exceeds industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence and profitability
* Collaborate with technical and operational teams to optimise service delivery and innovation
* Build and nurture client relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning aligned with company goals
* Monitor industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance and competitive advantage
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience in a strategic or Senior Account Management role, within the water treatment industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* A track record of driving business performance and developing new revenue streams
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the utilities/environmental sector
* Degree-level education in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
