The Role:
This opportunity sits within a dynamic litigation team known for tackling complex commercial and insolvency disputes with a hands-on, strategic approach. You’ll handle a varied caseload involving breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, shareholder and director disputes, and contentious insolvency claims such as misfeasance, preferences, and transactions at undervalue.
The role offers scope to develop your own client following — with commission for introductions — and to take on meaningful responsibility from day one. The Candidate & Benefits:
