Previous Experience: Proven track record in leading complex finance transformation programmes, particularly in financial reporting, systems, and controls. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a global organisation, ideally with experience in PCAOB or SOX-compliant environments and dual GAAP (IFRS and US GAAP) reporting. The Job As Programme Manager – Financial Reporting and Controls, you will lead the delivery and governance of a high-impact programme to enhance AVEVA’s financial control environment, align with PCAOB requirements, and implement dual GAAP (IFRS and US GAAP) reporting. Reporting to the SVP, Finance Operations, you will coordinate multiple workstreams across the organisation, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful integration of new processes and systems. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuity during a period of significant transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution and delivery of the financial reporting and controls programme. Develop and manage programme-level governance, planning, and reporting frameworks with support from a dedicated Scheduler. Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including third-party providers and internal stakeholders across the organisation. Track programme progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions. Facilitate key programme activities such as kick-offs, decision-making forums, and stakeholder communications. Ensure alignment and integration across multiple workstreams and related initiatives. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, supporting decision-making and issue resolution. Communicate regularly with senior stakeholders, including updates on status, risks, and changes. Oversee programme budgeting, cost control, and third-party supplier management. Support resource planning and coordination with other strategic programmes across AVEVA. Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience in programme or project management, particularly in finance transformation. Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (PCAOB/SOX). Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes in a global, matrixed organisation. Proven ability to lead without formal authority and influence senior stakeholders. Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both strategic direction and operational detail. Strong budgeting, cost management, and supplier coordination skills. Familiarity with dual GAAP reporting (IFRS and US GAAP) is highly desirable. Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred. Attributes Self-starter with high levels of motivation, resilience, and accountability.
