Equate Scotland is a national expert policy, research, development and advocacy programme, with a focus on womens under-representation within the Science, Engineering, Technology and the Built-Environment (STEM) sectors. Funded by the Scottish Government, the programme is hosted by Edinburgh Napier University and is based at the Edinburgh Napier University Craiglockhart campus.
Our programme works in collaboration with private sector STEM organisations, academia, statutory and the third sectors, by effecting a tangible and sustainable change, enabling more women to study, work and progress.
