Hours: 40 hours per week across Monday - Sunday to cover early, late, and night weekday and weekend shifts as required

The Traffic Office Administrator is a vital role at East Midlands VOC, supporting a safe, efficient, and cost-effective fleet. You will:
1. Ensure that the Distribution Management System is updated daily with correct data, and all drivers are de-briefed at the end of their duty.
2. Ensure that Isotrak, Business Asset Tracker, and Vision FTA are kept up to date to comply with European legislation.
3. Issue vehicle keys and logbooks in line with Royal Mail standards.
4. Download digital tacho cards according to Royal Mail policy.
5. Carry out daily debriefs with drivers and escalate unresolved issues to the shift manager.
6. Ensure planned vehicle maintenance is carried out and records are kept up to date.
Additional admin duties may be required as needed.
As a Reserve Traffic Office Administrator, flexibility is essential as shifts cover a 24-hour period, details of which will be discussed at the interview.
About You
* Organised, independent, and adaptable.
* Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Capable of inputting data within deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
* Full UK driving license with less than 6 penalty points, suitable for driving up to 3.5t vehicles.
