Requirements for the Supply Teacher Role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting (UK-based preferred). Strong classroom management and organisational skills. Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and routines. Availability for short notice or pre-booked assignments is advantageous.
