The Role: A leading private client practice in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their senior team. This is a high-profile role for a Lawyer with 5 years' PQE who can manage complex estates, trusts, succession planning, and elderly client matters. The ideal candidate will have a track record in high-value estate administration, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Leading complex estate planning, trust creation, and administration matters. Providing strategic advice on succession and tax planning for high-net-worth clients. Advising and supporting elderly or vulnerable clients, including powers of attorney and deputyships. Mentoring junior Lawyers and contributing to the development of the private client team. Representing clients in Court of Protection or other relevant proceedings. Contributing to business development and client relationship management. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with 5 years' PQE in private client work. Demonstrable experience in high-value estate administration and trust matters. Confident client-facing and relationship management skills. Ability to mentor junior colleagues and support team growth. Commercial awareness and the ability to work independently on complex matters.
