Role OverviewAs Administrative Assistant to the leadership team at Ctrl Alt, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, managing priorities, and helping the team focus on high-impact work. You’ll be right at the heart of the executive team, working behind the scenes to keep the business running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reportingScheduling meetings both internal and external as required and providing support to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operationsPromoting Ctrl Alt’s culture and bringing new ideas to the teamSupport project management tasks and help track deliverables, deadlines, and action itemsLiaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executivesMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAnticipate executive needs and proactively address themAbout YouExperience in assisting and supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth tech start-upClear organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detailBackground in booking complex business travelHighly efficient, resourceful, and solutions-orientedGood communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of stakeholdersStrong proficiency with G-Suite, Slack and MacOSComfortable working 5 days a week from the London office for hands-on supportExperience supporting multiple executives simultaneouslyBenefitsAnnual £500 (or local equivalent) learning and development budget for every employeeFlexible holiday scheme - if you need an extra break, take it!
