The role responsibilities will include:
* Support Property Management portfolios
* Check deal files are accurate and uploaded
* Arrange pre and end of tenancy works
* Ensure all compliance documents are up to date
* Respond to queries promptly
* Conduct property inspections
* Liaise with contractors and tenants
1. Requirements:
* Previous experience within a customer service based role, ideally within a corporate environment.
* Customer service and procedure focused.
* Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail.
* Eager to learn Property Management Legislation
* Positive attitude
* Strong communicator (written and verbal)
* Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
* Strong organisational skills
* Proficient in IT and data input
* Willing to learn, improve and adapt
