Job Description
3. Raise and oversee purchase orders
4. Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouses for smooth delivery
5. Ensure all import, supplier, and freight documentation is accurate and complete
6. Monitor and advise on stock levels, managing order lead times
7. Conduct monthly and annual stock takes
8. Generate management reports on stock and purchasing using Sage and Excel
9. Identify and implement process improvements
The Successful Applicant
10. Proven experience in a stock or inventory control position
11. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
12. Solid Excel skills and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems
13. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
14. A proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
15. A genuine interest in premium wines and spirits is advantageous
