East Midland Pharma Ltd (EM Pharma) is a leading UK manufacturer of eye and ear care products, supplying the NHS and international markets. We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing UK team, focusing on ophthalmology and GP practices across the North East region.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with GP practices, PCNs, and ophthalmology departments.
* Promote the VIZhyal® and VIZcellose® range of eye drops, highlighting NHS cost savings and patient benefits.
* Engage with prescribing decision‑makers, medicines optimisation teams, and ICBs to secure formulary inclusions and product switches.
* Deliver effective product presentations, training sessions, and follow‑ups with healthcare professionals.
* Achieve regional sales targets and provide regular market feedback to the Head of Sales and Business Development.
* Attend regional and national healthcare exhibitions to represent EM Pharma.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales (ophthalmology or primary care preferred).
* Strong understanding of the NHS structure and medicines optimisation process.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Competitive base salary + performance bonus.
