Duties for the Property Manager role include:
9. Keep clients up to date with legal responsibilities and any changes in tenancy laws.
10. Carry out regular property inspections and site visits to uphold standards.
11. Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations.
12. Foster strong, professional relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
13. Serve as the primary liaison for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors.
14. Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, using the company software.
Property Manager requirements:
15. Confident, professional presence with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
16. Experience in Property Management or Lettings
17. Skilled in overseeing teams and coordinating with contractors.
18. ARLA or NFOPP accreditation welcomed, though not essential
19. Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
20. Familiarity with the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells region is highly beneficial.
