Duties
* Provide a range of hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, and styling.
* Perform barbering services as required, catering to both male and female clients.
* Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
* Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
* Mentor junior staff members, sharing expertise and fostering their professional growth.
* Apply eyelash extensions and makeup as requested by clients, showcasing versatility in beauty services.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the salon to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for clients.
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service.
Skills
* Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work.
* Proficiency in barbering techniques is advantageous.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
* Strong front desk management abilities, ensuring smooth salon operations.
* Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is preferred.
* Knowledge of eyelash extension application and makeup techniques is a plus.
* Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
