SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Content Manager to lead and execute our content strategy across EMEA and APAC markets. Reporting into the global content leadership team, this individual will be responsible for crafting impactful content that drives engagement, supports pipeline growth, and strengthens brand awareness across diverse international audiences. In this role, you will act as a regional content lead, managing the full content lifecycle—from strategy and ideation to execution and performance measurement—while ensuring alignment with our global marketing and brand initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Content Manager and Content Writer in North America, as well as work with demand generation and customer marketing teams to align marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, creative storytelling, content performance expertise, and experience creating content for B2B audiences in international markets.
Avetta’s SaaS platform connects leading organizations with qualified suppliers, contractors, and vendors, providing visibility through cloud technology and human insights to improve supply chain risk and compliance. Our SaaS subscription software is used by over 85,000 active customers across more than 100 countries and various industries.
If residing within commuting distance to our Maidenhead office, a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) is offered. Remote work may be considered for those outside commuting distance but within England.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead content strategy and execution for EMEA and APAC, ensuring alignment with regional and global goals.
2. Partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and product marketing teams to deliver targeted content supporting marketing efforts.
3. Manage creation, localization, and distribution of regional content assets, including articles, white papers, eBooks, case studies, webinars, social media, and email campaigns.
4. Collaborate with the North America content team to ensure messaging consistency and brand voice.
5. Ensure content is culturally relevant and tailored to regional audiences while maintaining global standards.
6. Use insights from market research, personas, and sales feedback to identify content gaps and opportunities.
7. Work with sales and subject matter experts to manage stakeholder relationships and advise on content assets for customer journey stages.
8. Oversee project timelines, content workflows, and external partnerships.
9. Apply understanding of regional trends and regulations to refine strategies and share insights with North American teams.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 4+ years in content marketing, strategy, or editorial management within B2B SaaS or tech.
2. Experience managing multi-channel content strategies across EMEA and APAC.
3. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
4. Experience working with global teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
5. Familiarity with marketing automation, SEO, and analytics tools.
6. Strategic, results-oriented, with a focus on brand storytelling.
7. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
8. Experience with localization strategies and translation partners is a plus.
