Service Care Solutions is currently working with a leading Scottish law firm to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their highly regarded Litigation team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the largest litigation teams in Scotland, working on high-profile and complex cases across the country.
The Role:
You’ll focus primarily on Public Sector litigation, working closely with recognised experts in the field. The work will include:
* Advising on public and administrative law matters
* Judicial Reviews and Appeals
* Representation in Tribunals and Public Inquiries
* Legislative interpretation and matters involving public bodies
What They’re Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years’ PQE within dispute resolution / litigation
* Experience (or strong interest) in public and administrative law
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail
* Ability to manage a varied and fast-paced caseload
* A collaborative, team-focused approach
