Established for over 20 years, this business has built an excellent reputation delivering bespoke residential projects across the Cotswolds. With steady growth, repeat clients, and a strong pipeline, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with a confident Quantity Surveyor who can bring contractual and cost management expertise.
In this role, you will be involved in cost tracking, valuations, preparing subcontractor packages, and supporting the team with process improvements. You'll work closely with clients, manage JCT contracts, and carry out site visits within an hour of Cheltenham.
The ideal candidate will have some QS experience, good working knowledge of JCT contracts, and strong client-facing skills and an ability to work in a team and alone.

The Role:
Manage costs, valuations, and subcontractor packages
Work with JCT contracts and support process improvements
Liaise directly with clients and attend site visits as needed
Support the wider team in delivering high-quality residential projects
Office-based in Cheltenham with flexibility for occasional home working
The Person:
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration
Client-facing with excellent communication skills
Able to manage costs and valuations independently
