We are partnered with a large, international membership organisation and are looking for an HR & Payroll professional to join them for a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a busy and varied role, requiring excellent attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing payroll (training will be provided; experience with ITrent software is a plus).
* Managing the Employee Journey from offer stage to end of probation.
* Handling benefits, promotions, salary reviews, and season ticket loan administration.
* Reporting and data analysis; experience with Business Object software is advantageous.
