Salary

Schedule
12‑hour day shifts and 12‑hour night shifts available. Minimum 24 hours a week.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and reliable care to complex care clients in their own homes.
Support clients with complex needs who require an attentive, pro‑active carer who is up for a challenge.
Work a single client per shift without travelling between multiple homes.
Qualifications
At least 6 months’ experience in care.
Available to work a minimum of 24 hours a week.

* Client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, benefiting from continuity with a small core team of regular care staff.
* Specialist carers work with one client per shift without travel; average shift duration is 12 hours.
* Average carer works three shifts (36 hours) per week for us and earns £500–£555 per week.
* Three days a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of £26,200 – £28,950.
* All staff are employed directly and managed via PAYE, protecting against IR35 regulation breaches.
* These rates are inclusive of holiday pay which is accumulated per hour worked.
