JOB TITLE: SEN Tutor

JOB DUTIES:
* Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
* Deliver engaging lessons and activities to enhance students' learning experience
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and personal development
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
EDUCATION:
A relevant degree in Education or a related field
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Strong understanding of SEN principles and best practises
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
* Training in specific learning difficulties (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
* Part-Time hours, temporary position
* Work in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students
* Collaborative work with teachers, parents, and other professionals
