Join Our New Flagship Female Acute/PICU & Mental health Rehabilitation service: Cygnet Kenney House is our New purpose built, Flagship Acute/PICU & Mental health rehab service located in Oldham. We are actively seeking an experienced, resilient and dedicated Clinical Team leader (RMN/RNLD) to join our team who can play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, practices, and success of this service. You will be working Full time (42 hours per week including days, nights and some weekends) at Cygnet Kenney House. Developed in collaboration with the NHS to with the aim to support women from the North West to be treated closer to home. There are three wards at Cygnet Kenney House; The PICU and Acute environments will offer rapid access to care, supporting women to move quickly and safely through to the most appropriate and least restrictive setting. The mental health rehabilitation and recovery ward (level 2) will support individuals moving on from the Acute ward, as well as external referrals from other services such as secure, CAMHS, prison services and more. Your day-to-day… Take lead responsibility in undertaking regular care audits Provide clinical leadership, coaching & mentoring for the development of services Maintain excellence through clinical practice development & quality improvemen t Be responsible for a planned programme of support across your area of focus as determined by the annual plan for Quality and Compliance Be an active member of clinical working committees relevant to role Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines Why Cygnet?
