FinTech RS are supporting a long-standing client who is going through an exceptional period of growth. Reporting to the Systems Administrator this role will work within a small, but busy, IT team to support end users with various issues. This position will primarily deal with 2nd line issues however there is scope to get involved in 3rd line duties depending on the experience level of the successful candidate. Key duties: · Manage user tickets regarding software, hardware and networking · Act as an escalated support to the helpdesk technician · Assist users through installing applications · Diagnose problems where possible · Conduct remote troubleshooting · Record issues and solutions on logs · Escalate unresolved issues to the systems administrator · Create and maintain technical documentation and manuals Candidates should have 2nd or 3rd line support experience.
