Community the Union is looking for a Press and Communications Officer, based in Covent Garden London Office.
Reporting to the Head of Communications and Media, the Press and Communications Officer will be responsible for enhancing our media presence to advance Community's profile, augment our industrial goals and give our members a voice in a crowded public debate. The Press and Communications Officer will articulate and develop communications and briefings with members and media utilising website resources, social media outlets and printed literature while nurturing a network of press contacts and influencers to ensure Community generates a high volume of impactful media coverage that furthers our industrial and policy agendas.
