We are recruiting for a Full Time Receptionist/ Administrator at Royal Court for 36 hours per week:
* To work as part of a team, in providing a reception and administration service to the home
* As a Receptionist you are required to operate the telephone system handling calls and messages appropriately, to deal with all visitors so that they are clear on finding their destination within the Home.
* You will ensure the reception area is secure at all times and maintain a safe environment for our residents by manning the electric doors as well as monitoring the visitor signing in/out record book at reception ensuring all visitors sign in at all times for fire safety purposes.
* You will be expected to support the Senior Administrator and undertake administration duties, including correspondence with families and other visitors, organising appointments, in-house training, and support for the management team.·
* To offer support to the staff and residents and Relatives by manning reception area and carrying out duties below including communication with all staff, residents, families and visitors
* To show prospective residents/families/professionals around the Home. Keep records of potential residents and send out brochures.
* Any other Administrative duties as required by the Home Manager
Experience in a similar role is desirable in addition to the ability to demonstrate excellent administrative skills.
