Part Time – Alternative weeks (every fortnight) – Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights 7:30 pm to 7:30 am (Week 1 of a 2‑week rotation)

About Avenue House Nursing And Care Home
Avenue House is located just outside Rushden. The home provides personal, nursing and dementia care for 48 residents in a modern Regency‑style setting.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide the highest level of care, supporting residents in daily living activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
* Promote resident independence, focusing on choice, dignity and respect and supporting physical and emotional well‑being.
* Complete daily charts to a high standard and achieve 90%+ against monthly audit targets.
* Maintain 100% completion of mandatory training throughout the year.
Role Requirements
* Clear motivation and/or relevant experience.
* Reside within 20 minutes of the care home.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
