The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and contribute to delivering food at Michelin level.
You will:
* Run your section during prep and service
* Maintain consistency, precision and attention to detail
* Work closely with the senior team to deliver high standards
* Support junior chefs and contribute to team development
* Uphold discipline, organisation and cleanliness across your section
