This is a varied, hands‑on role where youll make a real impact on safety and wellbeing while being supported by a team that puts people and career development first.</p><h3>Location</h3><p>St. Neots, Cambridgeshire with regular travel to operational sites throughout the route and some remote working.</p><h3>Hours</h3><p>Permanent full‑time – 45 hours per week with some flexibility on hours available.</p><h3>Salary</h3><p>£31,000 - £35,000 per year plus excellent benefits.</p><h3>Certificates of Sponsorship</h3><p>We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.</p><h3>What will you be responsible for?</h3><p>As a SHE Coordinator, youll assist with developing and implementing systems for assessment and monitoring our Health and Safety performance. Working closely with a collaborative Health, Safety and Well‑Being team, youll help maintain high safety standards and drive continuous improvement across the East West Rail route.</p><ul><li>Collation and reporting of data on Health and Safety for corporate, contract and other reporting requirements.</li><li>Collecting and reporting health and safety data, ensuring accurate records of accidents, incidents and safety observations.</li><li>Supporting the Health, Safety and Well‑Being Managers with meetings, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across teams and supply‑chain partners.</li><li>Ensuring Health and Safety information is provided and received in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Providing assistance to the Health and Safety Managers to promote improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h3>What are we looking for?</h3><ul><li>Hold or be working towards recognized SHE qualifications, or be willing to undertake them.</li><li>Ability and commitment to promote Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives and culture.</li><li>Organised and capable of working with minimal direction.</li><li>A full driving licence.</li></ul><h3>Rewards and Benefits</h3><p>Were proud to be able to offer our people a wide variety of benefits that can be tailored to your needs.</p><h3>Diversity and Inclusion</h3><p>Making Kier a diverse and inclusive place to work is a huge priority for us.
