My client is a leading name within the environmental sector and they have an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous company secretarial / corporate governance experience to join them in an Assistant Company Secretary role operating out of their Doncaster office on a hybrid basis.

\nCandidates will be expected to undertake duties including the coordination of Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking. Alongside the maintenance of statutory records and filings with Companies House, this role requires the successful candidate to be a key source of supporting in managing Group corporate structures and registers.

\nIt is vital that applicants can evidence company secretarial / corporate governance experience in a previous role with strong organisational and drafting skills. It is not essential for candidates to already have company secretarial qualifications but the previous experience mentioned directly above is non-negotiable.
