A leading UK Pension Consultancy is looking for a Senior Pension Administrator to join their Scheme Administration team.
To be considered, you should have experience in a similar role and possess strong DB Pension Knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately maintain and update member records.
2. Process member events such as Retirements, Deaths, Early Leavers, Transfers In, Transfers Out, and Illustrative Quotations.
3. Serve as a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.
4. Escalate complex technical queries to the Team Leader and technical support team.
5. Prepare and verify manual and computer-generated benefit calculations and related correspondence.
6. Maintain the in-house pension administration database.
7. Peer review and check member and scheme events processed by less experienced Administrators to ensure compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
8. Attend Trustee or client meetings.
9. Participate in internal and external meetings to provide support and guidance on scheme event and project administration issues.
10. Stay updated with technical and scheme changes.
