Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver and assess engaging and differentiated lessons for a Year 4 class
Collaborate with the parallel Year 4 teacher to ensure consistency and shared best practice
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports progress and wellbeing
Contribute to the wider school community and ongoing improvement initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Be a reflective and proactive classroom practitioner
Demonstrate strong behaviour and classroom management skills
Be committed to raising achievement and supporting the individual needs of pupils
Thrive in a caring, supportive school culture
