Communicate effectively with warehouse colleagues, sharing UKI updates, shift briefs, and general information, ensuring understanding at all levels.
Promote feedback and personal development within the PM team through regular performance discussions.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced operational leader with a strong understanding of warehouse processes, Manhattan Warehouse Management System, and excellent people skills. You should possess a 'Simply the Best' mindset, striving for excellence.
Requirements include managing a large team of circa 70+ colleagues, a drive for autonomy, balanced management approach, strong analytical skills, understanding of supply chain processes, effective communication skills, a sense of humour, experience with Manhattan WMS, and good Excel and numeracy skills.
