Legal Secretary

We are working with a highly regarded legal team who are seeking a proactive and organised Legal Secretary to provide exceptional support to their lawyers. The Role
As Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring lawyers are fully supported in their day-to-day work. You will be central to maintaining smooth workflows, liaising with clients professionally, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and produce documentation, letters, and other correspondence as directed by fee earners.
* Professionally manage client contact by telephone and in person.
* Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in an organised and efficient manner.
* Support fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasks, including file opening/closing, archiving, appointment management, and billing procedures.
* Conduct ad hoc administrative duties to support the department as required.
