Key Responsibilities:
Test System Design & Planning
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to define and document electrical test requirements.
* Develop detailed test plans and procedures to verify system functionality and performance.
* Design and configure electrical test setups, including power distribution, wiring harnesses, control modules, and PLC systems.
* Ensure all testing activities comply with relevant safety standards and industry regulations.
Prototyping & Validation
1. Build and assemble electrical prototypes for validation purposes.
2. Integrate hardware and software for test systems and ensure operational readiness.
3. Conduct functional and performance testing, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis.
4. Recommend corrective actions and improvements based on test results.
