Role Description
Condy Lofthouse Architects are expanding our studio team.
We are currently looking for talented and enthusiastic Architects with a minimum of 5 years’ post-Part III experience to join our Liverpool studio.
These opportunities would suit ambitious individual looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and design-focused practice, contributing to a range of complex medium and large-scale projects across multiple sectors.
This is a full-time, studio-based role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. As a practice, collaboration is central to the way we work and our studio environment reflects that approach.
The role will also involve occasional travel to sites, client meetings and overseeing works on site as projects progress.
Role:
• Experience of running projects
• Supporting both the design and technical delivery of projects
• Coordinating with consultants, clients and wider project teams
• Producing and reviewing technical information and specifications
• Presenting ideas and design solutions internally and externally
• Assisting in the delivery of projects to a high technical and design standard
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong experience across all RIBA stages
• Proven experience delivering residential and healthcare projects
• Excellent technical knowledge including UK Building Regulations and detailing
• Ambitious in career progression
• Confident communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work collaboratively within a studio environment
• Strong Revit proficiency and project experience
• Residence within a commutable distance of Liverpool
