About Growth Kitchen
Eating in 2025 is like eating in 1955. We shop for ingredients, cook and waste lots of ingredients in the process. Food delivery is significantly better, however, ordering is too expensive and the best restaurants are often not available where we live. Ordering is a treat - not an everyday, personalised commidity. Growth Kitchen is on a mission to change that. We want the best restaurants to be available everywhere and to become as cheap as McDonald's through scale and automation.
Our platform enables kitchen operators (e.g. Hilton Hotel) to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian or Coqfighter from their existing kitchens. Although we've raised significant investments and we're a profitable business, we're still a young and small team. We're scaling fast (UK → international soon) and bottlenecked by automation. We have more customer demand than we can handle with our current technology.
The role
We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to take our marketing efforts to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of brand, growth, and performance, driving sales for our partner restaurant brands across the UK whilst also building Growth Kitchen into a household name in the food sector.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Own and execute brand marketing strategies and campaigns for key restaurant partners like The Athenian and Coqfighter to drive sales across our kitchen network
* Develop and test a wide range of online and offline marketing tactics, both UK wide and location-specific - from social media campaigns to flyer drops - with the aim of attracting new and returning customers
* Create content and manage our social media
* Work with founders on broader PR and marketing activities

* Passionate about food, restaurants and all things brand, with a natural inclination to stay at the forefront of trends
* Digital native, love social media platforms
* Smart generalist who loves building marketing initiatives and rolling up your sleeves to get them live—fast
* Love startups, owning big responsibilities and getting things done to deliver results
* A passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and staying ahead of digital marketing and growth trends
Requirements
* A few years of experience in a commercial role, ideally for a fast growing B2C series A startup, an exciting restaurant, food or consumer brand. Brand marketing is a plus
* Smart marketing generalist, excited to get stuck in with a wide ranging set of initiatives: storytelling, copywriting, content creation, and digital tools, including social media, video editing tools, and CRMs
* Ability to ideate and execute in ambiguous environments, testing campaigns to find the ones that deliver tangible results
* The ability to generate high quality video content is a big plus
