We need somebody who can provide a supportive role in the lives of young people, able to give advice, assistance and support in order to help empower young them in addressing past and present difficulties.
From organising activities to 1:1 support to attending off site activities there is no telling what each day would bring.
As a Residential Care Worker, you'll need to be adaptable, flexible and a pro at reading situations to guide our young people towards making positive choices.
