We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and sales journey from first enquiry through to key handover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for customer experience, and the drive to deliver results.
Role Overview
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of lead generation, marketing activities, and customer journey management. You will be responsible for ensuring our new homes are effectively promoted, enquiries are nurtured, and customers receive a seamless, positive experience from initial contact through to moving into their new property.
This role requires someone who is positive, proactive, and highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate all marketing and lead generation activities including digital platforms, show homes, and sales progression.
* Management of sales agents appointed by Dorchester.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available across all marketing channels and platforms.
* Manage the full customer journey for Build to Rent, Affordable, and Market Sale customers as required—from enquiry through to completion and key handover.
* Oversee communication and administration of sales transactions, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
* Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer journeys and generate timely reports.
* Provide accurate and regular updates on sales progress for customers and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies, including Health & Safety standards.

* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within property, housing, or a related sector.
